The oxygen refill station is designed to pressurize and fill medical-standard oxygen (above 90% concentration) into cylinders of various volumes. It features visual and audible alarms to alert users if specifications are not met or if a fault is detected.

Driven by an efficient electric motor and mechanical multi-stage cylinder linkage, it compresses oxygen produced by a concentrator into high-pressure storage for portable use.

  Turn on the oxygen concentrator and set the flow rate to 2L/min.

  Connect the air column connector of the spring hose to the concentrator outlet.

  Insert the other end of the hose into the filling machine input interface.

  Connect the cylinder to the fill port until you hear a "snap" and the green dot disappears.

  Power on the filling machine; all LED lights will light up.

  During inflation, the status indicator light will perform a "breathing" flash.
